1. Return & Refund Eligibility
You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return
We are unable to accept returns for:
- Items that show signs of use or damage not related to shipping
- Clearance or final sale items
- Requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery

4. Return Shipping Responsibility
- If the issue is caused by a defective or incorrect item, return shipping costs will be covered by Whisker Market.
- For returns due to personal preference or ordering errors, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–15 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
